I’m a parent, educator, and lifelong believer that the best money habits start early not with complicated rules, but with simple conversations at home.
For years, I saw the same pattern:
Children grow up hearing “Money is confusing” or “You’ll learn this when you’re older.”
But the truth is that they can learn now.
And when they do, it changes everything.
That belief is what inspired me to create Early Money Habits Academy. A warm, practical learning space that helps families raise confident, money-smart children without stress or being overwhelmed.
Like many parents, I wanted to give my child a positive relationship with money.
Not pressure.
Not fear.
Not shame.
Just clarity.
Confidence.
And healthy habits.
But I also noticed:
schools rarely teach real financial literacy
parents often don’t know where to start
resources were too complex, too serious, or simply not age-appropriate
I wanted something different. Something simple, fun, and grounded in real-life skills.
So Early Money Habits Academy was born.
My Teaching Philosophy
Children don’t need complicated lessons.
They need everyday moments that make sense.
Money learning should feel:
simple
playful
empowering
relevant
And always rooted in connection between parent and child.
